Description: This aquarium was created in 1931 for the French colonial exhibition, to show to the public the diversity of the aquatic fauna of the French colonies. Approximately 500 aquatic animals, representing 300 species are on display (molluscs, crustaceans, fish ,reptiles etc.). Various educational activities are organised, including conferences, exhibitions, workshops and games.
